In our Masterclass (online with mentoring) program you will learn how to use the CPI 260® in coaching, leadership development, and team building. You complete these elements at your pace and convenience.

The online program gives you specific strategies for using the tool in coaching situations, in leadership development programs, and in team building events. Focused mentoring conversations provide the learner with expert strategies in feedback and interpretation.

• Web modules guide you through pre-workshop study of the theory, construction, administration, interpretation, reliability and validity.
• E-Learning Workshop modules on applications, presentation, and interpretation strategies. You will receive your own results, explore ways to apply the tool in development, and best ethical care practices.
• Post workshop: web modules available for six additional months, bulletin board to post questions, free community learning forums.
