What You Will Cover:

• Web modules guide you through pre-workshop study of the theory, construction, administration, interpretation, reliability and validity.
• E-Learning Web-based Workshop modules on applications, presentation, and interpretation strategies. You will receive your own results, explore ways to apply the tool in development, and best ethical care practices.
• Certification web-based classroom gives you essential information for using the EQ- i 2.0 and EQ 360 tools.
• Post workshop: web modules available for six additional months and free community learning forums.

Two Day WEB-BASED Workshop Objectives (each day begins at 9:00 am and ends no later than 4:00 pm)

Please be prepared for VOIP interaction, using a headset with a microphone or built in microphone for this class experience.

• Before the web-based workshop you will receive personalized EQ-i feedback and during the workshop you will have an opportunity to interact with the facilitator about the specific application of concepts to your situation
• Experiential exercises will give you deep insights into the key components of the EQ-i model
• Identify ways to make each EQ element actionable and coachable
• Best practices in giving and receiving feedback on the EQ-i2.0
• Engage in client case studies using EQ-i2.0 data and practice giving client feedback
• Prepare you for the EQ-I and EQ 360 Exam

EQ-i 2.0 Model

Assessment Description

The EQ-i2.0 is a 133 question self-assessment that explores the frequency of and role that sixteen different elements of emotional well-being play in your life. Through extensive research, the areas of self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal, decision making, and stress management related behaviors make up the key dimensions of this assessment.

Tuition:

$1595 inclusive of all study materials, books and booklets, participation in the web-based workshop, your Workplace and Coaching Reports, and license fees to the publisher.

General Information and Policies

Rescheduling Policy — You may reschedule one time only at no additional charge within 15 days of the web-based workshop providing the registration has been paid in full. If the registration has not been paid in full, then full payment is required before a date transfer can be made. If you reschedule after the 15-day cutoff or have subsequent transfers, a fee of $300 will be due immediately for each instance.

Cancellation Policy — Cancellations must be received in writing 7 business days prior to the start of the program, and are subject to a $600 administrative fee (because the certification fee has been paid to MHS and materials have been shipped).

Special client-site arrangements:

Organizations with a number of individuals seeking to complete a certifying program may find it more cost effective to arrange a two-day, client-site program.
