Chief Learning Officer Magazine — Pearman Article
"Is the MBTI® Still Viable?"

15 May 2007

At a time in the calendar year when the outdoors beckons us to come out and play (it is delightful in North Carolina today), we wanted to share a couple of reasons to stay inside a few minutes longer.

First, we want to make sure you are aware that CLO (Chief Learning Officer) Magazine has released TM Magazine for talent management professionals. This new publication supports the great work you do that begins with talent identification and ends with succession planning--to include the strategies for assessment, development, and all the in-between.

We recommend with great enthusiasm both of these publications.

Second, we are pleased to share that TM magazine has chosen as it's cover story for May 2007 an article by Roger Pearman titled "Is the MBTI Still Viable?"

For all development professionals seeking viable tools, for those needing to justify the use of the MBTI and other legacy tools, and for those who have written off the MBTI as "tired" or no more than a "parlor game", this is a valuable must-read.

We hope you enjoy and find valuable this article. Remember that we are here to support your important work and to provide resources we know to be the best available. Let us know what you need.

All our best!
