When researchers combine twenty years of research related to executive and managerial competencies, they produce the most stable, comprehensive, and effective library of behavioral descriptors available. This is exactly what Mike Lombardo and Bob Eichinger did to create Leadership Architect ®*, and the accompanying 360 multi-rater assessment, Lominger VOICES ®, for Lominger International. Based on their findings of 67 competencies and 19 career stallers, they developed a talent management tool that is supported by the most extensive research in the industry.

* Leadership Architect® 101 is a prerequisite for all other certifications. The certification serves to establish a common “competency” language helpful in identifying critical skills needed for individual and organizational success.

Our certification program enhances learning and saves time and money through a blended learning approach (web modules of 8 - 12 hours of pre-work followed by a two day Application and Interpretation workshop and supplemented by post-workshop modules) and qualifies you to use two key leadership development tools and processes.

Lominger's VOICES® is a multi-rater tool which is easily administered through the web and which produces multiple reports, depending on customer need. Rater responses are reported on a 7 point scale covering "Towering Strengths" to "Can't Rate Clearly." When appropriate, those qualified to administer VOICES® may easily customize the instrument by selecting just those competencies to be rated and the number of reports they wish to use.

Tuition:

$1995. Inclusive of a mountain of published supporting resources, competency sorting and mapping materials, research maps and summaries, your Voices® report, web classroom pre-work, and participation in the workshops.

Cancellation Policy:

If, for any reason, you must forego training after registration and payment of fees, Qualifying.Org will refund the registration fee LESS $450 for administrative/processing fees, if notification is received at least 30 days in advance of the workshop. Credit will be applied for another program, but no refund will be made if notification is received within 30 days of the workshop.

Special Client-Site Arrangements:

Organizations with a number of individuals seeking to complete a qualifying program may find it more cost effective to arrange a two-day, client-site program.
