When researchers combine twenty years of research related to executive and managerial competencies, they produce the most stable, comprehensive, and effective library of behavioral descriptors available. This is exactly what Mike Lombardo and Bob Eichinger did to create Leadership Architect®, and the accompanying 360 multi-rater assessment, VOICES®, for Lominger International. Based on their findings of 67 competencies and 19 career stallers, they developed a management tool that is supported by the most extensive research in the industry.

Through a blended learning approach (web modules and an Application and Interpretation workshop), Qualifying.org® delivers two certifications in two days at a significant savings of cost and time.

VOICES® is a multi-rater tool which is easily administered through the web and which produces multiple reports, depending on customer need. Rater responses are reported on a 7 point scale covering "Towering Strengths" to "Can't Rate Clearly." When appropriate, those qualified to administer VOICES® may easily customize the instrument by selecting just those competencies to be rated and the number of reports they wish to use.

What You Will Cover:

  • Web-based pre-work (8-12 hrs) for the study of theory, construction, administration, interpretation, and reliability and validity of Leadership Architect® 101 and VOICES®.
  • Workshop: applications, presentation, and interpretation strategies. You will receive your own results, explore ways to apply the tool in development, and review the best practices for ethical care.
  • Post-workshop: modules available to you for six months, bulletin board available to post questions, free community learning forums.

Tuition:

$1995. Inclusive of a mountain of published supporting resources, competency sorting and mapping materials, research maps and summaries, your Voices® report, web classroom pre-work, and participation in the workshops.

You Are Responsible for:

food, travel and lodging expenses and arrangements. We suggest you contact us before making non-refundable airline reservations. We will not reimburse expenses for changes.

Cancellation Policy:

If, for any reason, you must forego training after registration and payment of fees, Qualifying.Org will refund the registration fee LESS $450 for administrative/processing fees, if notification is received at least 30 days in advance of the workshop. Credit will be applied for another program, but no refund will be made if notification is received within 30 days of the workshop.

Special Client-Site Arrangements:

Organizations with a number of individuals seeking to complete a qualifying program may find it more cost effective to arrange a two-day, client-site program.
