Type 360® Advantage Qualifying Program

Type 360® was developed by Dr. Roger R. Pearman, Founder and President of Qualifying.org and Leadership Performance Systems, Inc., to further the vision of "making perceptions more clear and judgment more sound," Type 360® provides a way to promote personal development and leadership effectiveness.

Using the "whole" type model which accents awareness of the way eight mental functions of personality type affect your choices (i.e. extraverted thinking versus extraverted intuiting) as expressed across eight leadership competencies, the Type 360® is an essential tool for development.

Type 360® is a multi-rater that is administered entirely over the web. The report provides information regarding perceived importance, frequency of expressed behavior, and displayed strength related to eight mental processes and eight applied leadership competencies.

Type 360 Qualifying Program

Type 360® has two forms: a short form (64 questions) and a comprehensive version (192 questions). It takes about 10 minutes to complete the short version and due to the easy click administration process it takes about 25 minutes to complete the comprehensive version.

Administration costs for the short profile is $85 and for the comprehensive report is $125.

In addition, to aid with the "next steps" of development, we have linked Type 360® results with the leadership materials from Lominger, International.

After years of research on leadership effectiveness and on type development, users of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® or other psychological type instruments, can link type to leadership effectiveness.

Comprehensive in data presentation, the recipient of the Type 360® will know what his or her raters believe to be important for success, the relative display of behaviors, and the effectiveness of those behaviors. Suggested ways to analyze your individual results are provided at the end of the report.

To become qualified to use the Type 360 multi-rater tool, you must complete our web modules (plan to spend 8-12 hrs on the web classroom pre-work), attend our one day high impact interpretation workshop, and submit the final exam (which is downloaded from the site).

To be released in 2006 is the Type 360® Global Leadership Report and the Type 360 Emotional Intelligence Report.
