Strong Interest Inventory^® Masterclass Program

Strong® Masterclass (Online with Mentoring)

In our Masterclass program you will learn how to use the Strong in career planning, career development, career coaching, and leadership development. You complete these elements at your pace and convenience.

The Masterclass gives you specific strategies for using the tool in coaching situations. Customized Masterclass programs can be provided under contract.

How You Will Benefit:

• Use your understanding of the Strong® to enhance your leadership and team work
• Explore "best practices" in applying the Strong® to strengthen an understanding of differences in career patterns
• Discover how to use the Strong® to boost communication in career planning and development

To get the most from your experience, you will:

• Complete these Web modules: history, theory, administration, interpretation, reliability and validity, and application scenarios.
  
• Our e-learning Workshop modules will cover : applications, presentation, and interpretation strategies. You will receive your own results, explore ways to apply the tool in development, and learn best ethical care practices for use in coaching, and team and leadership development.

• Always accessible : modules, bulletin board, and free community learning forums

• Your own Strong® Interpretive Report

Tuition:

$450 for the Specific Competency Program that provides CEUs.

$800 for the Masterclass that includes all elements described above plus a mentoring component with a senior trainer.

Cancellation Policy:

There is no cancellation policy for these programs. There are no refunds after you register for this course.

Special client-site arrangements:

Organizations with a number of individuals seeking to complete an advanced training in interpretation strategies with individuals and groups may find it more cost effective to arrange a two-day, client-site program.
