Choice Points Certification Program

This program involves three elements:

• pre-work through highly targeted web modules,
   
• completion of a two-day workshop, and
   
• a mentoring session to validate your first Choice Points session with a learner.

This is a compressive appraisal system that works with the individual at multiple levels of insight and personal effectiveness. To be effective, you will participate in the same process during the two-day workshop so please be prepared to learn and personally grow through this certification process.

How You Will Benefit:

• Use your understanding of the Choice Points system to aid all aspects of your work
   
• Explore "best practices" in applying the model in your coaching and counseling work
   
• Discover how the Choice Points model links to all aspects of other assessment tools you may be using as a professional such as links to the MBTI^®, Golden, CPI 260^®, FIRO-B^® and others

What You Will Cover:

• Web modules guide you through pre-workshop study of the theory, construction, administration, and processes of the system
   
• Two-day application Workshop on the interpretation strategies needed for the system to work. You will experience your own PaperRoom and explore ways to apply the tool in development, and best ethical care practices.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the materials sent immediately upon registration and the immediate access to the web, there is a $450 charge for cancellation. Workshop dates can be changed more than 30 days prior to the workshop, otherwise there is a $600 transfer fee.

Special client-site arrangements:

Organizations with a number of individuals seeking to complete a qualifying program may find it more cost effective to arrange a two-day, client-site program.
