BarOn EQ-i^® Standard Certification Program

This is an e-learning program that has two elements: (a) completion of the Wake Forest University Tests, Measurements, and Interpretation e-learning course and (b) the BarOn EQ-i® Specific Competency e-learning course. Your tuition covers both courses, including your tuition for the Wake Forest University course.

When you register for this program, you gain immediate access to both the Tests and Measurements and BarOn EQ-i® materials. You will work at your own pace and complete your competency tests at your convenience.

What You Will Cover:

• Web modules guide you through pre-workshop study of the theory, construction, administration, interpretation, reliability and validity.
  
• E-Learning Workshop modules on applications, presentation, and interpretation strategies. You will receive your own results, explore ways to apply the tool in development, and best ethical care practices

• Post workshop: web modules available for six additional months, bulletin board to post questions, free community learning forums.

Tuition:

$1595 . Standard Program, inclusive of all study materials, manuals and booklets, participation in the workshop.

Cancellation Policy:

There is no cancellation policy for these programs. Due to the immediate payment to Wake Forest University for the Tests and Measurements tuition and to the publisher for materials, there are no refunds after you register for this course.

Special client-site arrangements:

Organizations with a number of individuals seeking to complete a qualifying program may find it more cost effective to arrange a two-day, client-site program. This program is for practitioners already qualified to purchase and use APA Level B psychological instruments who want to learn how to effectively use and interpret the BarOn EQ-i. This program can also be used to fulfill professional CEU credits.

BarOn EQ-i^® and EQ-360™ Masterclass Program
This practitioner certification and application program includes all of the elements of the Standard and Specific Competency programs plus a two-day workshop to explore using the tool in coaching, leadership development, and team application. In addition the program also covers the EQ-360™ assessment, a multi-rater EQ instrument that covers five dimensions and 15 aspects of the EQ model. It is an 88-item tool that provides rater group score averages so that an individual can see if the boss, peers, direct reports, or others view the same behavior differently or similarly.
