EQ Certification Programs: BarOn EQ 360™ Multi-Rater Emotional Intelligence Assessment

You can complete the BarOn EQ-i® and the EQ-360™ certification through the BarOn EQ-i® Masterclass. This two-day workshop will explore the EQ-i and EQ 360 in coaching and leadership development.

Description:

Built on the framework of social and emotional intelligence developed by Rueven Bar-On, the EQ-360™ provides multi-rater data that covers five dimensions and 15 aspects of the EQ model. It is an 88-item tool that provides rater group score averages so that an individual can see if the boss, peers, direct reports, or others view the same behavior differently or similarly.

Combining the EQ-360™ with the BarOn EQ-i® provides extensive and robust measurement of emotional intelligence. Raters use a five-point scale (Very seldom true to Very often true) for each of the 88 items as descriptors of the individual being rated. The items cover the following factors and scales:

Cancellation Policy:

There is no cancellation policy for these programs. Due to the immediate payment to Wake Forest University for the Tests and Measurements tuition and to the publisher for materials, there are no refunds after you register for this course.

Organizations with a number of individuals seeking to complete a qualifying program may find it more cost effective to arrange a two-day, client-site program.
